Q2：What is the power range of your diesel generator sets?
A： We can provide you with diesel generator sets ranging from 2 kVA to 3000 kVA, as well as comprehensive power solutions.

Q3：What is your lead time?
A： 6 to 8 weeks.

Q4：What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A： 1 Unit

Q5：What is your payment mechanism?
A： A 30% deposit is paid in advance, and the remaining 70% is settled before shipment.

Q6：What is the warranty period for your products?
A： Our warranty period is one year or 1,000 operating hours for the unit, whichever comes first. For certain special projects, we may extend the warranty period upon mutual agreement.

Q7：Do you provide OEM services?
A： Your personal advisor will guide you in choosing your equipment, adapted to your requirements and to the customization possibilities. For larger projects, we will carry out a customized technical study.

Q9：What should I do after receiving the generator set?
A： Upon receiving the generator set, please carefully read the operation manual. Our generator sets come with a user manual containing guidelines for operation, installation, maintenance, and repair.
